Demo class

MADDOGS DEMO TEAM *AS SEEN ON TV* Through the fitness and strength work maddogs do to be the best fighters in the world this gives the kids extra skills of leg strength, flexibility, stamina and upper body strength much like a gymnast. As an outlet we started a demo class for fun with moves to music like hip hop, rave and rock. As MADDOGS do, they excelled at this too, winning thier way through to BLUE PETER's grand final on TV and to the stage of BRITIANS GOT TALENT with Simon Cowell. We hope to show video footage on our video pages shortly! This is a great class for all ages from cartwheels to flips and splits to high kicks! So the kids get a good work out without knowing it, but don't tell them, it's our secret! But seriously the extra strength work does show out on the mat in competition, especially out in the USA where cartwheel kicks etc... score. The DEMO team also performs for charities, council run events and carnivals, also at Schools promoting Martial Arts for the Stoke School Partnarship at Holden Lane High. WEDNESDAY 6-7 PM FRIDAY 6-7 PM
