Ladies Gym

The Ladies Gym is for Ladies only so you can train in comfort especially if you are a bit shy or a beginner. You also have the use of the other two training suites down stairs and the sun bed facilities and spray tanning. We also have available a sport massage suite with physio- therapist and infa-red booth.
